Charcoal/wood Stove "Domone"

The stove features as available with combustible organics materials like charcoal/wood/bamboo. Cooking is also available as the top board removed. As an example for usage, this stove warms our office as well.

    Our stove was requested to install by the cafe, located in Mikohara town, famous for the brand-rice "NOTO MIKOHARA" offerred to the Roman Pope as a tribute. The cafe is renovated from the old house, and thus there were difficulty of installation. Due to its difficulty, the complicated funnel was needed, however, we could manage to install it utilizing the high technical strength and experiences. Now our stove is playing an excellent role to create the confortable atmosphere even in iced winter, in Hokuriku.

    It contributed to cooking meals for approx.1,000 victims.

    Otsuchi town in Iwate prefecture was damaged terribly by the Tohoku earthquake. The previous deputy mayor of Kanazawa city requested us to provde the 6 stoves free of charge. The usage place was outdoor for 5 pieces of them but our stoves kept used for warming and cooking for 100-200 victims each withou any breakdown. Rubble and debris can be used as fuel for stoves, therefore our stoves are surely avaiable under the conditions without lifeline.

Remarks

  2. Bamboo pipe firewood : It is a kind of firewood which is a bamboo and are filled inside with
    wood chips. Bamboo is generally not suitable as a fuel by itself and was not used. Thanks to
    this bamboo pipe firewood, effective utilization of bamboos are feasible.
